Reflecting High Point University's stature as a small, private univeristy, the faculty members concentrate on students by fostering the characteristics essential to business success such as leadership, teamwork, communication, analytical skills and a client-centered outlook.

Pursuit of Knowledge
In an era of rapid change and nonlinear career paths, lifelong learning is imperative. As educators and scholars, the faculty members exemplify the ncessity and joy of a lifelong pursuit of knowledge and inspire students to be intellectually curious, engaging them in the process of research and professional development.

The faculty member work to foster an atmosphere of mutual respect, maintaining integrity in all dealings, striving to be open-minded, fair, and respectful in all interactions with students. They are sensitive to their influence on students and use great care to develop the students' integrity and reliability.
